Taylor Swift is worried about her fans’ health, refusing to perform until security could reach someone who appeared to require assistance — and recounting the entire incident.

A new video, currently circulating on X, shows the singer-songwriter onstage in Edinburgh, Scotland on Friday, plucking the notes to her song “Would’ve, Could’ve, Should’ve” before noticing a handful of her fans in the audience who she believes require assistance.

Taylor Swift Stops Show and Refuses to Perform Until Fan Gets Help

Taylor Swift announces over the microphone that there is someone directly in front of her who needs help… and that she will not sing until event staff rushes to help the people.

Tay even uses her guitar to gesture out the group in need, singing a cheery melody about how she’ll keep playing until someone physically arrives.

Basically, it takes a while for Swift to be able to keep the event going, but her fans appear to like it… applauding their queen for keeping an eye out for troubled supporters.

This is a rather recurrent subject throughout the  “Eras” tour… Swift has previously highlighted troubled followers, including a recent incident in France where she addressed staff in fluent French.

There’s no need for Taylor to show off her knowledge of other languages this time… but it’s another example of Taylor demonstrating her genuine concern for her Swifties.

Taylor has one more engagement in Edinburgh this evening before flying south to Liverpool for three shows over Father’s Day weekend.

Hopefully, no problems with that performance… but we know Swift will be all over it if there are.
