Adele admitted that her Spanx were too tight during a recent performance in Las Vegas. She said, “It’s made me look great but I’m nervous my blood’s going to get cut off.”

If Adele could, she would set fire to her shapewear.

During a recent performance at her Las Vegas residency “Weekends with Adele,” the Grammy-winning singer spoke up about her fashion issues.

“I had to put these Spanx on that were a size small,” Adele told audience members at her June 1 event, according to a fan-captured video released on TikTok. “It was like pumping sausage meat.” “It was very stressful.”

The “Hello” singer claimed she almost didn’t wear Spanx at all, but chose to do so when she “managed to get into them.”

I was thinking about not wearing Spanx tonight,” Adele said, “but I thought, ‘Oh no, that’s too risky.'” It makes me seem wonderful, but I’m worried my blood may be cut off or something. So, if I pass out halfway through the show, don’t be concerned—that is why.”

So, what else did the 36-year-old wear during her concert? Adele shone brightly in a glittery black long-sleeve gown with a keyhole cutout and plunging neckline.

The JW Anderson design comprised a diamond-embellished rope-like belt that flowed around the throat.

Of course, Adele’s Spanx confession is just one of many ways she has been refreshingly honest with her followers.

Just last month, she congratulated her partner Rich Paul’s daughter, Reonna, on her May 18 graduation from Clark Atlanta University.

“It’s my stepdaughter’s graduation this weekend,” Adele, who has a 12-year-old son named Angelo with ex-husband Simon Konecki, said onstage, according to a TikTok post. “I love you, sweetie. Congratulations! She is the first member of her family to graduate from college. How awesome is that? It’s a fucking vibe.”

She said, “I love you, baby.
