Johnson added 3 steals and 3 blocks, while Williams chipped in with a steal and 2 blocks. Josh Christopher also had a solid game with 11 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals. Zyon Pullin rounded out the top performers for Miami with 10 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists.
For the Lakers, first-round pick Dalton Knecht led the way with 20 points and 9 rebounds. Colin Castleton recorded a double-double with 18 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists, 4 blocks, and 2 steals. Maxwell Lewis contributed 14 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists, while Bronny James, despite scoring only 3 points, made his presence felt with 5 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 blocks, and 2 steals in 29 minutes of play.
Both teams will now head to the Las Vegas Summer League. The Miami Heat will face the Boston Celtics on Saturday evening, while the Los Angeles Lakers will take on the Houston Rockets on Friday night.
