Sony producer Amy Pascal shared in an interview that, despite feeling like a bittersweet end of an era, No Way Home wasn’t the last Spider-Man film Sony would make with Marvel:

“We’re thinking of this as three films, and now we’re going to go onto the next three. This is not the last of our MCU movies.”

Spider-Man has had a somewhat confusing ownership history since the rights to the character have been held by Sony since 1998, but more recent agreements with Marvel have allowed him to appear in the MCU. This also allows for the possibility of introducing Holland’s Spider-Man to characters like Venom, Morbius, and even Miles Morales.
